What is the purpose of the program?   

Culinary is going to teach you about a lot of different culutres and life skills that you will use for the rest of your life. It is important to have these life skills because of how will you survive if you can't coo. You could go to resaurants and fast food but its not the same as home cooked meals. Also want to give you the skills so you can open your own business in the future with what you'll learn in this class.               .
